1. The Product & Digital Delivery

The products offered on this Website (including ANTI-AI-SLOP-MASTER-SKILL.md, MASTER-AI-SLOP-LEXICON.md, and companion guides) are proprietary, unencrypted digital Markdown documents and prompt architectures. Delivery is executed immediately upon successful payment verification via Stripe or PayPal.

2. Commercial & Personal License Grant

Upon payment of the one-time $19 USD license fee, SEO RANK SERP, LLC grants you a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide license to:

• Use the prompts and instructions across any AI model, LLM interface, IDE (e.g. Cursor, Windsurf), or local development environment.
• Apply the writing rules and techniques to commercial deliverables, client projects, books, newsletters, SaaS marketing funnels, and enterprise codebases without attribution.
• Modify, adapt, and customize the prompt text for internal organizational use.

3. License Restrictions

You may not resell, redistribute, sub-license, or publicly republish the raw source Markdown files as a standalone competing prompt pack, digital product, or public repository.

4. Digital Refund Policy

Because our products are delivered as raw, DRM-free, instantly downloadable source files, all sales are final once download access has been granted. We provide a fully functional Live Red-Pen Workbench on our homepage allowing prospective buyers to test the de-slopping engine prior to purchase.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The materials and prompts are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. AI models evolve continuously, and while our research is calibrated on millions of corpus documents, the Company does not guarantee specific scores on third-party statistical classifiers or AI detectors. In no event shall SEO RANK SERP, LLC be liable for any indirect or consequential damages.
